We are a small group of people, who are interested in supporting the incredible plight of Dr. Gwen and the non-profit organizations such as PAWS that she donates her professional time and caring heart.
Although there are other remarkable & valiant animal rescuers and caregivers on the island of Puerto Rico, we wanted to make a difference in Dr. Gwen's world.
Dr. Gwen has very little in the way of equipment, supplies and facilities. Whatever money or support she receives is funneled immediately to the rescue and treatment of as many lost or stray animals that she and other volunteers can gather and send off to the States for adoption.
Her facilities are so humble that she doesn't even own a real veterinary table or operating light.
Our goal is to seek donations (however small they may be) that will improve Dr. Gwen's facilities and rescue operations that ultimately help support the spay/neuter efforts and rescue of homeless and injured animals there in Puerto Rico.
